Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only valid for new customers of VOdds and not applicable for existing customers.
2. Only one welcome promotion offer per user across any of VOdds services.
3. This bonus will only be disbursed to verified accounts.
4. No min turnover (TO) requirement for clients.
5. There is no cap on the amount of rebate that the client can accumulate during the month of rebate calculation.
6. Payment of rebates is in arrears, paid within one week after the month of accrual into the client’s VOdds account.
7. Calculation of rebate = [Absolute of win amount for the month + Absolute of loss amount for the month] * Rebate%
   Unsettled bets during the period of rebate calculation will not be considered. The period of 1 month will be based on 31 calendar days regardless of which day of the calendar month the rebate calculation starts. For avoidance of doubt, if the client’s rebate period starts on the 20th of January 2023, the last date of rebate validity will be 21st of February 2023.
8. The Turnover derived will be based on the report generated in VOdds platform under the dates selected in the “P/L Report”.
9. The rebate period of one month starts from the first trade placed by the client on VOdds OR 10 calendar days after the account is registered, whichever occurs first.
10. Customers may place bets on all sports/games available on VOdds, but only bets placed on sports betting will count towards the turnover requirement for this promotion.
11. Bets placed on Positional Orders will not qualify.
12. This offer only applies to bets placed via VOdds website. Bets that are placed using our API will not qualify for this offer or count for turnover requirements.
13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. You can only have one active bonus at a time. VOdds reserves the right to limit the eligibility or cancel any offer to any customer.
14. This offer is strictly limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. SKRILL, NETELLER, etc), and shared computers (e.g. public library or workplace).
15. In case of cancelled, voided, rejected, or non-runner bets, stakes will be put back into the original wallets and wagering progress is reverted.
16. If any terms of the offer are breached, or there is any evidence of multiple bets placed by a customer from any other promotional offer, or any other forms of exploitation of our bonus resulting in guaranteed customer profits regardless of the outcome, VOdds reserves the right to reclaim the bonus, void any bets funded by the promotion and recoup any charges incurred by the company from the user(s) available balance(s).
